During the course of the past corridor exhibition, Being Magnified: Heroes and Villains from KW|AG’s Permanent Collection, local conservator Jesse-Alan MacDonald volunteered to restore Walter Bachinski’s Fury sculpture in situ. Gallery visitors may have noticed a steady improvement to the sculpture’s condition as rust was removed, plaster chips were filled in and paint loss was restored. Thanks to Jesse’s donation of talent and time, the work has been restored to its original condition.
