Meet Marcie, Jordan, Paiman, Alannah, Anna and Victoria – six students from Wilfred Laurier University’s Cultural Studies in Action (KS300) class. Their mission at KW|AG is to capture their Gallery experiences and share them with you via our social media channels.
Last week they had a Gallery overview and tour with Curatorial Assistant Barb Hobot, a public programs update with Coordinator Alex Krueger and a social media primer with me. Today they are in the Gallery to do an on camera interview with Michelle Allard, our January artist in residence (appearing on YouTube later this week). Next week, you’ll find them guest blogging on Free-Admission. Check back soon for their take on exhibitions, art and the cultural scene.
In the meantime, get your insider fix through Michelle Allard’s Materialscape project blog. She dishes about the project and her time in Kitchener.
